Greetings!
I just spent an instructive fifteen minutes on the phone with my cable company. I learned a lot about customer service in that short span of time. I won't get into details (they're boring) but the final result is that my problem wasn't resolved, and I suspect it's because the person I spoke to didn't know what he was talking about. With the phone back in its cradle, I proceeded to rant and rave to my wife about what a lousy cable company we have. She let me go for a few minutes, before calmly pointing out that I've always said they had great customer service. And you know what? They do. The point here is that one bad experience could have soured me on the whole company. That's all it takes. One bad experience, and a customer can be lost forever. It's something to think about. Chrysler Canada Announces Official Partnership with Retire Your Ride
Chrysler Canada has announced what may be the most aggressive vehicle
retirement program in the Canadian industry. Chrysler Canada is kicking
in $500 to $1,500 over the incentives offered by Retire Your Ride.
"This is the responsible thing to do," said Reid Bigland,
President and CEO, Chrysler Canada. "Facilitating the removal of these
vehicles from the road is the right move for our country, our health,
and our environment. In many instances the turned-in vehicles release
19 times more smog than a current model year vehicle. As a result,
Chrysler Canada is proud to offer the most aggressive scrappage
incentive in the Canadian industry, and we are pleased to be the first
official Retire Your Ride automotive partner."
