Greetings!

The latest issue of Audatex Directions has arrived in my inbox, and the numbers seem to indicate that hybrid vehicles cost somewhat more to repair than traditional cars and light trucks.

We shouldn't be at all surprised at this. Hybrids are designed with a lot of weight saving features, and a lot of those features depend on aluminum parts.

There aren't a lot of hybrids on the road right now. Give it five years, though, and we'll be seeing a lot more of them.
