I-CAR Premieres Hybrid Training at NACE

Hybrids and alternate fuel vehicles will become an increasingly common sight as the world supply of petroleum dwindles and repairers will have to know about the special challenges they present.

Stakeholders from around the world has an opportunity to do just that early this morning as an I-CAR Technical Training session, Hybrid Electric and Alternative Fuel Vehicles kicked off this year's International Autobody Congress & Exposition (NACE). This program is a follow-up to the popular Electric and Electric Hybrid Vehicles (ALT01) program. This next level program will increase industry professional's knowledge of hybrid-electric technology and alternative fuel vehicles and better prepare individuals to service and repair the ever changing and emergent new technologies on today's vehicles.

SEMA Update: BASF Launches Foose Signature Colours, PPG Announces Hot Wheels Competition Winner

BASF today announced that it launched its new Foose Signature Line of automotive refinish colors during a press conference held at the SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) show in Las Vegas, Nevada. The 12 Foose-inspired automotive refinish paint colors combine BASF's superior coating technology with colors formulated personally by the legendary car designer.
