Greetings!

Are we headed for a recession? It's a tough question to answer. Even professional economists have trouble with it. In fact, it seems like economists are only definitive about it after the recession has ended.

There's no time like a busy time to start developing plans to increase volume. Now is the time to plan some strategies to keep business at the current brisk pace.

There's a new tool you can use to assess both your employees and yourself. Called CARSability, it offers numerous online tests to determine strengths and weaknesses in various areas. I recently took the Collision Repair Manager test to see how it worked.
