Is This For Real?
Cow Tripping: Two men from Malaysia made off with a cow by putting her into the back seat of their mid-sized sedan. Villagers gave chase, the driver panicked and crashed into a tree. It's still unknown exactly HOW the men forced a cow into the back seat of a car.
In The Hole: When police finally caught up to a speeder they were chasing, the driver was nowhere to be seen. After scouring the area for nearly an hour, the police discovered that he had dug a hole at the side of the road and buried himself to avoid capture.

Greetings!
Some really interesting discussions got started on Saturday at the Toronto meeting of the Canadian Collision Repair Industry Forum (CCIF). However, as Glenn Hickey, owner of The Collision Clinic and Auto Parts Network, pointed out, it is very difficult to keep those discussions going. To solve that we at Collision Repair magazine have developed our Forum as a central place where stakeholders from all sectors of the auto claims economy can gather on a daily basis to present their views and listen to what others have to say.
Check out our forum. I've started two new discussions already, and I can't wait to see what everyone else thinks. If you're not interested in the topics that are already there, then start one of your own!
Click here to join the discussion on simplifying DRP relationships!Click here to join the discussion on building a production team!Mike Davey, Editor P.S.: On a completely unrelated topic, a number of peole have expressed interest in receiving the Collision Repair e-zine in a format more compatible with their Blackberry or other mobile device. Please let me know if this is of interest.

Able Auto Body First in Canada to Convert to R-M Onyx
BASF is pleased to announce that Able Auto Body, a member
of the Collision Plus network, is the first Collision Repair Centre in Canada to
convert to BASF's R-M Onyx HD waterborne system. In fact, both of
Able Auto Body's facilities have made the transition to R-M Onyx HD this
past January. The facilities are owned by Roger Roy, and located in Surrey, BC.
"We are very excited to be the first in Canada to use
BASF's R-M Onyx HD system; we converted to Onyx HD with little to no problems
at all and staff at BASF and White & Peters made sure we didn't lose any
production time," says Roger Roy.
"As a network, we believe very strongly in staying
ahead of the game when it comes to environmental protection and employee health
and safety" says Shawn Nelson, Managing Partner for Collision Plus.
"All of our members have either converted already to BASF waterborne products or
are in the process of converting." Click here to read more!
