If your girl teams are planning to play Pike Fest 2012 please note that the $75 early bird registration discount expires July, 15, 2012.  

 

We hope you consider sending your teams to Pike Fest, Indianapolis.

  

Pike Fest is a great pre-season or early season tournament.  Pike Fest is split into 2 weekends to maximize use of the best fields, best refs, and best hotels and to provide you with plenty of free parking.   

  

Pike Fest Boys Weekend August 17-19.

Pike Fest Girls Weekend August 24-26.

 

Pike Fest offers four Academy - Round Robin 6v6 games for U8-U9-U10 teams**, and 2 or 3 different skill levels of competitive play for each age/sex U11-U14.

  

For our out of town guests, we've partnered with Indianapolis Visitors and Convention Bureau as a one call hotel booking agent in order to provide your team with good prices, room preferences, hassle free, guaranteed rooms, close by, clean hotels with favorable cancellation policies.

Why should your teams spend their weekend at Pike Fest on the great fields of the Mary & John Geisse Soccer Complex, Eagle Creek Park, and Northwestway Park, Indianapolis?  

  1. Experienced tournament operators.  For 17 years USA of Indiana has hosted the best Indiana pre-season fall tournament, Pike Fest, which attracts over 250 teams annually.
  2. Pike Fest offers multiple divisions per age group which ensures quality competition for all skill levels.
  3. Pike Fest utilizes only good referees, assigned by Indiana's best assignors Ray Sahm and Dave Howard, and offers you the great value for your money.
  4. Pike Fest is held in 2 beautiful Indy Parks: Northwestway Park and Mary & John Geisse Soccer Complex, Eagle Creek Park.  The Parks are a couple blocks from I-465, I-65, and I-74 on the NW side of Indianapolis.
  5. Mary & John Geisse Soccer Complex, Eagle Creek Park is one of the finest soccer facilities in central Indiana.
  6. Quality hotels are 10 minutes from the fields. 
  7. Pike Fest is centrally located as Indianapolis is less than 3 hours away from Cincinnati, Louisville, Chicago, Dayton, Columbus, and Champaign.  Teams routinely come from Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Missouri, and Kentucky.
  8. Team Manager friendly: check in anytime before first game including Friday night or at the HQ tent an hour before first game.
  9. Out of town teams: our partner, Indianapolis Visitors and Convention Bureau, lined up good rates at close by hotels; including several with pools for "team bonding experience."  All teams must use IVCB hotel booking service to make sure the team gets to a reputable, clean hotel, with good rates and favorable cancellation policies and to make it hassle free for your Team Manager and families.
  10. There is a new shopping center just blocks from the fields with movie theaters, ice cream shops, pizza and pasta and full menu restaurants, coffee shops, and a large sporting goods store (Dick's). 
  11. Full concessions on site including food, drink, kettle corn, snow cones, Pike Fest apparel, both brand name and non brand name apparel, soccer gear.
  12. Sports Performance Center trainers on site during games.
  13. Plenty of ON SITE FREE PARKING, FREE ADMISSION.
  14. U11-U14 teams play to championship with trophy for each player and coach.
  15. Each U9-U10 player receives a participation award.
  16. Of course trapped 8th grader u15's are welcome as rostered players on u14 teams.

Registration Deadline:  

July 24, 2012 for Boys Weekend
July 31, 2012 for Girls Weekend

 

Format:
U9-U10 play 6v6, roster size 12, 25 minute halves
U11-U12 play 8v8, roster size 14, 25 minute halves
U13-U14 play 11v11, roster size 18, 30 minute halves
Each team may have up to 3 guest players.
**U14 teams may include up to three U15 players.
**Out of state U8 teams play in U9 division. No U8 Indiana teams.
