Dear USAi Travel families,

It was a terrific weekend of soccer at Indy Burn Kapsalis Cup 2012 even with the thunderstorm Saturday disrupting some games.  It was very exciting to see how many USAi Fusion and USAi Indy Burn teams played in championship games (some against each other).  Results and pictures of the Champions and Finalists posted here:
 http://www.indyburncup.org/

With the new alliance making news around the state, some members are asking very good questions about tryouts.  We've begun to post the answers to many Frequently Asked Questions on the new website.  Visit here:   http://unitedsoccerallianceindiana.org

This page is a work in progress so as you ask more questions, more answers will be posted.  (Also coming soon are Community Rec and Rec Plus FAQ.)  Direct link:  http://unitedsoccerallianceindiana.org/aboutus/frequently-asked-questions

Here is a very important message you could help spread around the Club and around town:  USAi has the most qualified, well trained, experienced and professional travel coaching staffs in Indiana.  You may be assured your child's coach is going to be highly skilled and the team is going to play at its most competitive level (and that you and your child will have a good soccer experience and the child will have fun).

Here's a list of the combined travel teams for Spring 2012:   http://unitedsoccerallianceindiana.org/documents/USAi%20coach%20assignments%20POST%20spring%202012.pdf  USAi has not one, but two, former Indiana Directors of Coaching and Player Development.  We have the only individual born and raised in Indiana that is on the US Soccer, NSCAA, and US Youth Soccer National Staff!  The only one ever.  Avon resident Vince Ganzberg.  The news release has the bios of several USAi coaches:  http://www.unitedsoccerallianceindiana.org/documents/USAi%20HANDOUT%20032812%20FINAL.pdf  We will post all the bios as tryouts are closer.

Thank you.

Dan Kapsalis

USAi Soccer Director
