4/13/12

Greetings!

Thank you. Thank you for having your children play Indy Burn. Thank you for volunteering to help run Indy Burn Kapsalis Cup 2012. We have a remarkable 85% of Indy Burn families helping this weekend. Many of the other families have conflicts and plan to volunteer later in the season. We're exploring a more robust volunteer system that would track a family's volunteer hours during the entire season and not just a single event. Already, as you know, we've moved to the I Volunteer system that allows you to take any shift any time (during the event).

To review your shift, visit: http://pikesoccerclub.ivolunteer.com/kapsaliscup2012_001

Perhaps a better system would allow you to volunteer any shift any time during the entire season.

We plan to begin publishing answers to Frequently Asked Questions about United Soccer Alliance of Indiana early next week. Look for emails and website postings. As each club is getting to know each other, we are discovering each club is doing a great job for its players, coaches, and families. The Alliance will bring to bear best practices throughout and professional management in an effort to always meet or exceed your expectations. When we fall short, be sure to let us know.
