Dear Club President, Director of Coaching

cc: Coach, Team Manager

It's time to register.  We believe Pike Fest 2011 is going to be bigger and better than ever.  We've already registered 20+ teams each from two Clubs, including a local premier club.  Will you please consider bringing all your U9-U14 teams?

For our out of town guests, we've partnered with Indianapolis Visitors and Convention Bureau as a one call hotel booking agent.  Good rates, hassle free, guaranteed rooms, close by, clean, quality hotels.

Pike Soccer Club - Indy Burn invites your team(s) to play Pike Fest. Pike Fest is split into two weekend to maximize use of the best fields, best refs, and best hotels and to provide plenty of free parking.

Pike Fest Boys Weekend August 20-21 and Pike Fest Girls Weekend August 27-28. As you finalize your travel teams' Fall 2011 season, will you please consider sending your teams to Pike Fest?

Pike Fest is a great pre-season or early season tournament. Pike Fest offers full length games, Academy - Round Robin four 6v6 games for U8-U9-U10 teams**, and 2 or 3 different skill levels of play for each age/sex U11-U14.

Please attend because your teams' tournament experience promises to be one you and they won't soon forget.

Why should your teams spend their weekend at Pike Fest on the green fields of the Mary & John Geisse Soccer Complex, Eagle Creek Park, and Northwestway Park, Indianapolis?

  1. Experienced tournament operators.  For 16 years Pike Soccer Club & Indy Burn has hosted the best Indiana pre-season fall tournament, Pike Fest, which attracts over 250 teams annually.
  2. Games are full length, not just the finals. Your players will play thirty minutes more in this tournament than others.
  3. Pike Fest offers multiple divisions per age group which ensures quality competition for all skill levels.
  4. Pike Fest utilizes only the best referees, assigned by Indiana's best assignors Ray Sahm and Dave Howard, and offers you the best value for your money.
  5. Pike Fest is held in two beautiful Indy Parks: Northwestway Park and the new Mary & John Geisse Soccer Complex, Eagle Creek Park.  The Parks are each a couple blocks from I-465, I-65, and I-74 on the NW side of Indianapolis.
  6. The Mary & John Geisse Soccer Complex, Eagle Creek Park is one of the finest soccer facilities in central Indiana.
  7. Quality hotels are 10 minutes from the fields.
  8. Pike Fest is centrally located as Indianapolis is less than three hours away from Cincinnati, Louisville, Chicago, Dayton, Columbus, and Champaign.
  9. Team Manager friendly: check in anytime before first game including Friday night or at the HQ tent an hour before first game.
  10. Out of town teams: our partner, Indianapolis Visitors and Convention Bureau, lined up good rates at close by hotels; including several with pools for "team bonding experience."  All teams must use IVCB hotel booking service to make sure the team gets to a reputable, clean hotel...and to make it hassle free for your Team Manager.
  11. There is a new shopping center just blocks from the hotels with movie theatres, ice cream shops, pizza and pasta and full menu restaurants, coffee shops, and a large sporting goods store (Dick's).
  12. Full concessions on site including food, drink, kettle corn, snow cones, Pike Fest apparel (look for pre order sale), both brand name and non brand name apparel, soccer gear.
  13. St. Vincent Hospital Sports Performance Center trainers on site during games.
  14. Plenty of ON SITE FREE PARKING, FREE ADMISSION.
  15. U11-U19 teams play to championship with trophy for each player and coach.
