Referees:

Another great weekend and some noticeable improvements.  For those that feel confident that they might want to move up and try a game at an older age, this is the weekend to try.  First some notes on last weekend: 

• We are receiving many comments and compliments about the quality of refereeing.  Keep it up.  
• One area in particular that helps is communicating with the players.  We have seen this improve and it helps the players learn quicker.  
• Keep up the work on the hand signals.  These are important for those that don't hear you.  
• Also remember for the U7/U8 ages, the opposing players need to be behind the center line

Ok, if you have been refereeing 4-5 or more games and feel that you want to try an older game, look at the openings below and contact us.  If you move from a U7/U8 game we will cover that with a Jr. Referee.  Just let us know if you want to move up.  Here are the games this weekend:
