Thank you for participating in the New Jersey Boat Sale & Expo. We are working very hard to put together a great show for everyone. We appreciate your support and look forward to working with you.

Important Deadlines

There are many order forms within your Exhibitor Kit that have upcoming deadlines. Please review the list below to make sure that you get your forms in on time to the appropriate place:

Forms to MTA/NJ:

Request for Exhibitor Credentials - Due 2/9
New Boat Line Information Form - Due 2/13

Forms to Metropolitan Exposition Services (if needed):

Furniture & Accessories Order Form - Due 2/7
Carpet Order Form - Due 2/7 *Please note reduced carpet price
MetroMultiMedia Order Form - Due 2/7
Labor Order Form - Due 2/7
Warehouse Shipments Deadline - Due 2/16 (will be accepted after, surcharges will be assessed for late delivery)

Forms to New Jersey Convention & Exposition Center (if needed):

Electrical Service Order Form - Due 2/10

Forms to Big Red Pin (if needed):

Internet/WiFi Service Form - honoring advance rate until show

Show Promotions & Marketing

We are looking forward to a great show that we know will bring you qualified buyers and deliver results. We have put together a comprehensive and aggressive marketing plan that includes a mix of television, billboards, print, radio, online advertising, social media promotions and more. Click on our Marketing Summary to see all of the ways we are promoting the show.

As your Trade Association it is our goal to provide affordable and effective opportunities to sell your products and services and help grow your business. We are excited that you have chosen to be a part of this new event and we look forward to working with you.

Additional Reminders

Move-in times - Specific move in times ranging from late Monday (2/20) to Wednesday (2/22) will be sent out on Monday, February 6.

Move-out- Specific move out times will be provided; However, the convention center has asked that we clear as many boats out as we can on Sunday night. Boats can be moved into the parking lot and we kindly ask that everyone assist in moving out as much of the show as possible on Sunday night. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Bulk Exhibitors - Carpet required for all spaces

Show Colors - Navy & gray pipe and drape with gray aisle carpet

No boats, trailers or box trailers will be allowed in parking lot of the Expo Center during the show. They must be parked in the staging area. Directions & location of the staging area will be sent with the move-in instructions.

Boats Outside of Convention Center

We have received a number of requests for boats to be located in the parking lot. Therefore, we will be conducting a lottery system for boats to be displayed outside. Restrictions will apply.

Please email Chelsea if you are interested in bringing a boat to be displayed outside.

Marine Trades Association of New Jersey Education Foundation Super 50/50 Raffle!

Grand Prize: $5,000

(Based on the sale of all 200 tickets)

At the New Jersey Boat Sale & Expo in Edison, NJ

There are only 200 tickets being sold for $50 each!

Please complete the form here and send it in with your payment and we will send you the raffle ticket(s). All proceeds will benefit the MTA/NJ Foundation. The MTA/NJ Foundation was established to help promote education and boating safety and to raise funds for Education Scholarships to encourage education and professional development in the marine trades field. The MTA/NJ has awarded over $15,000 in education scholarships over the last five years to students dedicated to furthering their education and pursuing a career in the marine trades industry.
