Thank you for participating in the New Jersey Boat Sale & Expo. With a month to go, everything is coming together perfectly. Marketing and promotions are well underway and we are looking forward to a great show. We appreciate your support and look forward to working with you.

Exhibitor Kit

The Exhibitor Kit for the New Jersey Boat Sale & Expo is available online at njboat.metro-expo.com. This kit has all of the information you will need to be set up for a great show. It includes:

New Boat Line Information Form
Request for Exhibitor Credentials
Furniture & Accessories Order Form
Carpet Order Form
Electrical Service Order Form
& Other Important Forms

It also includes show information such as the dates and times, lodging, move-in & move-out times, and reminders!

Final Payment Due

Invoices were sent out last week with the remaining balances. Please be sure to send in your remaining balance as soon as possible.

Important Deadlines

There are many order forms within your Exhibitor Kit that have upcoming deadlines. Please review the list below to make sure that you get your forms in on time to the appropriate place:

Request for Exhibitor Credentials - Due 2/9
New Boat Line Information Form - Due 2/13

Forms to Metropolitan Exposition Services (if needed):

Furniture & Accessories Order Form - Due 2/7
Carpet Order Form - Due 2/7
MetroMultiMedia Order Form - Due 2/7
Labor Order Form - Due 2/7
Warehouse Shipments Deadline - Due 2/16 (will be accepted after, surcharges will be assessed for late delivery)

Forms to New Jersey Convention & Exposition Center (if needed):

Electrical Service Order Form - Due 2/10

Forms to Big Red Pin (if needed):

Internet/WiFi Service Form - honoring advance rate until show

Additional Reminders

Move in times - Specific move in times ranging from late Monday (2/20) to Wednesday (2/22) will be sent out shortly.

Bulk Exhibitors - Carpet required for all spaces

Show Colors - Navy & gray pipe and drape with gray aisle carpet

No boats or trailers will be allowed in parking lot of the Expo Center during the show.

Box trailers must be parked in the staging area during the show. Directions & location of the staging area will be sent with the move-in instructions.

Lodging

Lodging is available at the Hilton Garden Inn 50 Raritan Center Parkway, Edison, NJ 08837 (732) 225-0900.

We have a block of rooms set up at a group rate. Please note that the Group Code in the Exhibitor Kit is incorrect.

The correct code is: BOAT.

The deadline for the special rate is February 8, 2012.

Boats Outside of Convention Center

We have received a number of requests for boats to be located in the parking lot. Therefore, we will be conducting a lottery system for boats to be displayed outside. Restrictions will apply.

Please email Chelsea if you are interested in bringing a boat to be displayed outside.

Marine Trades Association of New Jersey Education Foundation Super 50/50 Raffle!

Grand Prize: $5,000

(Based on the sale of all 200 tickets)

There are only 200 tickets being sold for $50 each!

Please complete the form here and send it in with your payment and we will send you the raffle ticket(s). All proceeds will benefit the MTA/NJ Foundation. The MTA/NJ Foundation was established to help promote education and boating safety and to raise funds for Education Scholarships to encourage education and professional development in the marine trades field. The MTA/NJ has awarded over $15,000 in education scholarships over the last five years to students dedicated to furthering their education and pursuing a career in the marine trades industry.
