An anonymous donor provided the big prizes:

GRAND PRIZE, Kindle Fire! -

The Book Fair was a success! Sales exceeded $4900, which was $900 over our goal. All of the teachers had their wish lists purchased for their classrooms. Clifford beckoned customers into the library each morning and afternoon, and it was so much fun! An enormous thank you to Erin Riley and all of the parent and student staff volunteers.

Art Faire a Great Success

Golf Team Finishes Regular Season
Carson
Presentation's co-ed middle school golf team had a great year, learning the game, practicing on a beautiful course (Sonoma Golf Club) and holding their own against all league competitors.

In the most recent match-up against St. Eugene's in Petaluma at Sonoma Golf Club, Presentation dominated and 7th grader Carson Schmick (above) golfed the game of his life (so far), with two pars on this challenging course. A big thank you to coaches David Grieve and Michael Nugent for teaching the kids the game and to the Sonoma Golf Club for serving as our "home" course.

The Tea Towels are Here!  The Tea Towels are Here!

 Tea towels

If you didn't get a chance to pick one up at the Art Faire, stop by the office before school lets out and buy this beautiful momento of your child's school year and classmates.  This year's theme is architecture.  These high quality tea/dish towels are $12 each and going fast. Thank you to Wendy Isbrandtsen for organizing this year's project (what are we going to do without you next year?!)

Correction:  One Presentation graduate, the son of a current family, the Minigans, was inadvertendly left off of our list of grads heading to college in the fall.

Jeremiah Minigan is heading to Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. Gonzaga is a private, Catholic university renowed for its liberal arts core curriculum, which integrates philosophy, religious studies, mathematics, literature, natural and social sciences, and extensive writing in each major discipline.  Congrats Jeremiah!
