This dynamic course empowers you with tools to eliminate stress, rid the system of negative emotions, develop strong social and leadership skills, heighten awareness and increase mental focus.
This intense 26 hour program (spanning 6 consecutive days) also includes practical sessions on life skills, maximizing individual potential and physical, mental and emotional health.
An amazing aspect of this course is that it does not follow the traditional format of Teaching by Preaching. Rather, what it strives to do is bring out your potential through interactive processes. Through games, group activities and processes- a "Learning Experience" is created. Thus what you learn comes from personal participation, self learning and of course- a whole lot of fun!!
