Greetings!
This is simply one of my favorite times of year! Cue the holiday music, high spirits, and moments to stop and feel thankful! Life certainly comes at us fast. Most of us feel that there simply are not enough hours in the day to juggle everything. Sleep deprived new moms feel just the opposite! Are there 48 hours in a day? No matter what situation you identify with, most of us can agree that Thanksgiving is a time to stop and savor what is most important- family and friendship.
I am thankful for so many reasons. YOU are a huge reason why I feel incredibly fortunate. I start my mornings seeing your smiling faces. Some days you come to class raring to go and other days, you need some help getting through the workout. Have no fear, I have some energy to spare!
At the end of the day, we get through this thing called "life" together. Aren't we simply better together? I sure think so.
Thanks to all of you for making November such a fun filled month. We began the month celebrating the completion of our first 5K training program. Ladies- YOU ROCKED! You didn't let the rain dampen your spirits!
 
 
After our 5K, we continued the fun by having a Mother's Night Out. What isn't to love about a Mother's Night Out? We also welcomed our very own instructor, Janae Ghaziani, into her 30's!

In addition, we also hosted a Baby Food Nutrition 101 class at the Whole Foods in Los Altos. Thanks to Grace Holty at Petite Village for organizing such a great event. The author of "The Baby Cuisine Cookbook," Shane Valentine, also stopped by to give a few tips. Thanks for such a great night!
