Greetings!
Spring is in the air and has Baby Boot Campers everywhere working up a sweat! 2010 has been an exciting year! We have many new moms joining in and seasoned moms pushing even harder!
We are in the final month of our three month long Mother Love Fitness Challenge. We are going to finish this month and the challenge with a bang! The measuring tape comes out in just two weeks!
For those of you who have put off meeting your fitness needs, remember it is NEVER too late to start meeting your fitness goals! Feel free to email me for tips on how to get started and fit it into your busy schedules! It can be done and Baby Boot Camp can show you the way!
Congratulations to Laura Prentiss! Laura had the highest amount of points in the MOLO Challenge for March. She stretched and pounded the pavement on a regular basis! This busy mother of three, yes three, didn't let things slow her down! Congratulations! Let's finish this month strong and celebrate our hard work on Mother's Day! |

| Mother Love Fitness Challenge 2010
Okay competitors, it's time to DIG DEEP AND GO HARD!
We will be weighing in and taking measurements at the end of the month. It's time to work ourselves into a fine lather!!!!
Objectives for April:
- Log mileage for each week ( Mon. May 5-11, May 12-18, May 19-25, and May 26-30) .
- You should also be tracking attendance/adherence points seperately.
Remember- your gym workouts count. Every 10 min. of vigorous cardio = 1 mile. Also, count your mileage walking to and from the park. If you have your body in motion, it counts. We will take a team average from everyone's weekly averages to send in for our National competition.
- Mark your calendars for the Running of the Bulls 5K on May 9 to celebrate your hard work! All attendees will receive a free Baby Boot Camp class! Celebrate Mother's Day by doing something positive for yourself! Bring the whole family and let's have some fun!

What better way to celebrate Mother's Day then by doing something for yourself while setting a positive example for your family!

Bring your whole family and come join in the fun!
There will be:
- goodies,
- raffles,
- and tons of fun stuff!
Let us pamper you post race!
There is also kid friendly fun! Start time for the kids is 10AM.
The Running of the Calves Races, paced by the "Bulls" and "Cows", are for all kids 10 and under.
Kicking off with a "diaper derby" for the littlest kids on all fours, each age-group race is a dash around the Gunn Track. Hosted by Coach Joy of the Jackrabbits' Track and Field Club, the Running of the Calves Races are well-organized yet informal enough to put fun first and give every child a chance to shine.
Bring the whole family and stay after the race for pampering, yummy food, and more fun!
