Dear friends

Here we go again! 

Have you also been experiencing the roller-coaster this month? Gosh, it has certainly been interesting with many opportunites to release even more of our baggage. For those of you who have been doing this 'work' for years, it can seem as if it has been never ending.

There has been a lot of what I call 'energetic sludge' around over the past few weeks when it has been really difficult to do anything. It's the old wading through treacle. Just when you think you can get down to your to do list, something else pops up that requires dealing with in the moment, and it often takes us into one or other of our remaining issues. I've spoken to many people over the last 2 weeks who have experienced many variations on the theme - from blocked drains, blocked sinuses, health issues, extreme fatigue and emotional wobbles galore. 

It is hardly surprising that we are feeling so much at the individual level when the collective is being overloaded with traumatic events - the earthquake, radiation contamination, tornadoes, protests and wars. It can be small consolation to know that our external reality is throwing up humanity's shadow for healing - and to know that the deeper and darker the shadow, the brighter the light that is burning behind it.

We are also straddling two worlds at the moment - a new reality that doesn't yet have complete foundations, and the old that is still in the process of breaking down. We are walking an energetic tightrope, trying to maintain our balance.

Through all of this, we cannot avoid turning inward. Deep within we will find the resources to enable our rite of passage; we will rebirth our power with compassionate courage that expands our hearts and provides us with a new foundation of peace.

Aligning with your own personal Diamond matrix will give you the power to remain stable whilst the personal shadows are being dealt with, and simultaneously enable you to hold more of the light, joy and peace as your divine self is being rebirthed.
