Equinox Balancing time....and what an amazing summer!
I have had a couple of emails from subscribers wanting to know if they had fallen off my list as I haven't sent a newsletter for a while......I'm still here, and loving this new energy space after some incredible shifts over the summer months! And as the Equinox is now here, it is a time for integrating all the changes into a new, lighter, more playful way of being. You may find it useful to revisit the Equinox Light Code meditation for the next few days as we move into the Equinox full moon.
We have had a time filled with such amazing openings, synchronistic events, crop circles, magnificent people as well as fascinating alignments and healings taking place. The Diamond Sanctuary has been a huge success, and without exception, everyone that has come to visit has either booked to come back or expressed a desire to come back as soon as they can! One lovely lady from Bahrein came back 3 times over the month she was in the UK and stayed for a couple of days each time. For Ann and I, it has been a joy to be a part of people's journeys, and a common phrase we are now hearing is, "something really special is happening at Sweetlands House"! I think part of it is Timothy, my African Grey parrot who has guests smiling and laughing with his antics - he's a real character!
We have had a wonderful and extremely busy couple of months and have also had a really special evening spent inside the stones at Stonehenge at the August full moon (outside of the stones, the energy is really depressed at Stonehenge, but once inside you connect with the ancient mystery and star links associated with this monument in a more powerful way).
Over the past few months since my last newsletter, I was also guided to create 3 new Diamond Light essences as a follow on from Sacred Space. These are : Divine Darkness, Diamond Heart and Cosmic Child. There were loads more magical synchronicities around the birthing of these essences & too many to go into detail on, but in brief, the first 2 are about grounding the soul star into the body, while the second 2 are more expansive and light. However, we first need our Spirit to be fully present in our human form in order to get the full experience of that lightness of being, hence the essences are designed to be used as a process in the sequence they were created. I have also found the most wonderful bottle for the diamond energy sprays - with diamond facets! The new bottles hold the energy so well, so check them out too!
On Thursday at the Equinox full moon, Ann & I have been invited to spend an evening of shamanic drumming with author Peter Knight inside West Kennet Longbarrow (opposite Silbury Hill, Avebury) which we are looking forward to hugely. I have a feeling that it is going to be another very special experience & who knows what opens up at this powerful time. I'll update you in the next newsletter.
By the way, if any of you experienced intense headaches, fatigue, sinus or head pressure, or flu-like symptoms last week, there was a major breach (opening up) of the earth's magnetic field again on the 14th Sept. When this happens, it leaves us wide open to the intensity of the cosmic flux which many energy sensitives feel. I was aware that something was going on for the few days around the 14/15/16, and then the heavy head I had simply lifted - I then discovered the information about the magnetic field breach. It pays to be aware of these things & you may find it useful to keep and eye on Susan Rennison's blog as she is really good at posting the current information about spaceweather and the state of our magnetic shielding. (Mitch predicted an earthquake event about 2 months ago & mentioned it would be within 14 days of a massive solar flare - it happened).
Remember, it is not just the earth experiencing this upheaval - your own energy fields are being impacted too - these are cosmically driven events which we simply cannot escape. The stronger your energy field, the more you will be able to deal with the electromagnetic intensity.
So, I hope you are all riding the waves of change without too much trauma, and managing to hold your core essence amidst the trumoil all around. I hope you will find the articles and links I have included this month to be inspiring and supportive on your journey!

| Don't Cut the Cords !

At some stage of your journey you will probably have learned that we connect with others via energetic cords. These cords serve as an information exchange system between us and others. Sometimes these cords are empowering, as when we are in an uplifting and loving relationship, whilst at other times we may find the energy through the cords is less than supportive and can actually serve to drain us. It is as if someobdy has tapped in to our life force and literally sucks it from us.
As we learn to uphold our 'space' and understand the importance of energetic and spiritual integrity, it becomes ever more important to disengage from the energy depleting cords. These may be past life connections, old relationships, negative emotional events, astral entities and so on - there are many,many connections that we have across a number of dimensional spaces.
The way that I was taught to do this, along with many many millions out there was to 'cut the cords', using any one of a number of cord cutting processes or visualisations. It came as a great surprise to me to be literally 'shouted at' by Spirit a number of years ago, that this wasn't the way we should be doing it! This all came about as I was putting together the Call to Presence (Diamond development) program, and I was given a beautiful and very graceful way of releasing these cords.

I am now officially VERY excited by what I am both observing and experiencing with the StemEnhance product - before my very eyes, my male dog (Smudge) diabetes cataracts are actually SHRINKING!
Those of you who know me will know that I adore my dogs, and it was heartbreaking for me to watch Smudge's eyesight deteriorate as the cataracts grew. When taking him for walks I had to be very careful as he would slip off the pavements or sometimes into a grate in the road, and when his diabtes was diagnosed 2 years ago, it took so long to stabilise him that the cataracts developed very quickly and within 6 months covered his whole eyes. My female dog (Smudge's sister, Millie), has been more fortunate as when her diabetic condition was diagnosed, she was stabilised more quickly and her cataracts have developed more slowly.
Millie still has some sight, and it has been my deepest wish to at least give Smudge some vision in at least one eye but cataract operations are extremely pricey, and certainly outside of my budget!
About a month ago I increased the dose of StemEnhance that I have been giving them, and within a week began to see some brown iris appearing around the edge of Smudge's cataracts. At first I thought I was imagining it (or thought I hadn't seen it before), so I just kept on going with their program and over the past 2 weeks, more and more brown iris is appearing around the edges, and he is beginning to respond and see more light/dark contrast. I can hardly believe it!! Millie's eyes are also holding with a gradual reversal in the development of her cataracts, and in addition I have been gradually reducing thier insulin dose and they are holding stable.
I am hoping to get a decent photo once the reduction has progressed even further (although find it difficult to get Smudge to look directly at the camera!), but I truly am so incredibly excited about what is happening. To use two wonderful English expressions, "I am gob-smacked", and "well-chuffed"!!
I am watching my own little miracle unfolding in front of my own eyes.
Me, well I'm just feeling absolutely great with loads of energy (and returned last week from 6 days of almost non-stop Antaneea treatments - a 2 hour body work massage - feeling absolutely fabulous and no adverse impact on my back).
I'm not going to sell it to you - there are many out there who are jaded with being bombarded with 'the next big product'. I just wanted to share with you my excitement. And as more and more research become available about the use of adult stem cells (as opposed to the controversial embryonic stem cells), I know that I have found a product that is going to stay with me for a very long time. There is a lot of information available if you want to look for it, it all depends on how deeply you want to look, and how well you want to be!
By the way, you don't need a health condition to be taking StemEnhance. As we get older we don't produce as many of our own stem cells, so are not able to regenerate tissues etc as quickly. By taking the supplement, you boost your own natural production and simply support your body in maintaining wellness (and repairing things that may be going wrong that you don't know about yet).
It is also recommended that you take the supplement for at least 3 months. It is not a 'quick fix' as so many would wish, although rapid results can be seen. My advice to you is keep on going, and if you are not observing or feeling any results it is also safe to increase the dose (you may like to increase from 2 capsules per day to 2 caps twice per day and see what happens!

The Diamond Sanctuary
For the month of October, I will be in South Africa again (can't wait for a burst of bone-warming warmth before winter!) - and of course, to anchor even more of the diamond energy there again!! 5. Another video for you by a Russian Scientis explaining the function and status of earth's magnetic fields.Helps us to understand how our personal energies can be impacted by severe fluctuations.
6. This final link is an excellent full feature documentary with never seen before footage and interviews with Nasa scientists and highly respected air force crew who have interacted with and observed what is commonly referred to as UFO's. Some remarkable information is presented in this documentary which shows that we have plasma-based life forms all around us in the infra-red and Uv spectrums & are now being captured with the use of special camera filters.
It is worth becoming educated about these things as with an increase in the frequency range of our planet (in correspondence with our own increase in frequency), means that more and more people will begin to see these 'anomolies' with the naked eye. This is already beginning to happen....
