Healing Intensives - an opportunity to accelerate
CUP offers the opportunity to experience healing intensives utilizing our collaborative synergistic therapeutic model. These dynamic sessions utilize two therapists with unique skill sets to support individuals and couples in a two hour intensive. The sessions are designed to enhance strong mental health therapies with energy medicine and are useful for accelerating processing through a particularly difficult, challenging or "stuck" aspect of the healing journey. Also available are Therapeutic Healing Packages in which you may schedule a half or full day of healing with one or more practitioners. Typical healing packages may include: therapeutic body and energy work, reiki, acupuncture and yoga therapeutics. Guided Meditation & Healing Circle
 Nancy O'Donohue leads this guided meditation and healing circle designed to help you escape stress and discover an inner world of calm, peace and joy.
The format for this healing circle has been used in integrative hospitals and cancer clinics in England for over 12 years.
Nancy is a member of, and licensed trainer for, Healing in America, the U.S. affiliate of England's renowned National Federation of Spiritual Healers [NFSH]. Cultivate Resilience, with Dr. Crystal Frazee, PT, RYT
 Resilience is defined as being able to return to a state of balance despite stress, illness, or other life difficulty. It is a challenge for most of us to maintain a feeling of balance in the best of times.
Join Dr. Crystal Frazee, PT in a special 6 session workshop series where you will learn to create your own plan for resilience.
In this series Dr. Frazee will explore the four foundations of mindfulness practice:
awareness of the body
feelings
mind
sense perceptions
You will learn mindful meditation, breath work and gentle stretches to incorprate into creating your own practice for resilience and a printed home program to continue your personal program.
Mindfulness is both a meditation practice and a quality of being that helps us be attentive not only to what is going on around us, but also, within us.

Guided Motion, an introductory experience
 In addition to offering private sessions at CUP, Jann A. Jennelle, a healing arts practitioner of 27 years, will be presenting a one day workshop with medical intuitive and clairvoyant healer, Peter Selby. Guided motion will allow you to:

Angelic Alchemical Healing - Peter and Anne Selby

Visiting from Oregon, Peter Selby and his wife Anne will be at the Center from January 31 through February 8th presenting their work of clairvoyant angelic healing and analysis of the human energy field.
 Peter Selby, RPT, (MT) has worked as a medical intuitive and healer for over 20 years. He and his wife, Anne, will demonstrate clairvoyant analysis of the human energy field and how spontaneous healing is possible. During their demonstrations they will provide insight and a "behind the scenes" look at the human aura and the factors in the aura that influence our ability to create the health and wellness we desire.
