Did you know we're now accepting Workers' Compensation submissions? Thanks to our partners at the Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies, we're now a market for these customers.
 
Available in many states, some examples of eligible classes include:
  • Retail - NOC
  • Auto/Truck Repair
  • Engineers - Consulting
  • Apartment or Condo Complex Operation
  • Real Estate Agencies
  • Restaurants
  • Colleges or Schools
  • Salesperson - Outside
We are also a market for a larger accounts, subject to a certain minimum size requirements:
  • Residential Home Care - with $15,000 or more developed premium
  • Truckers - (fleets of 10 units or more)
  • Artisan Contractors - starting $25,000
  • General Contractors (remodels) - starting at $20,000
  • Roofers - starting at $150,000
Accounts which develop higher premiums due to experience mods above 1.20 are also eligible.
 
For the quickest response please send in:
  • Completed Workers Compensation Acord application with applicable class codes, number of employees and FEIN
  • Workers Compensation supplement
  • Applicable NCCI mod worksheets
  • 3 - 5 years of currently valued loss history

MEET OUR TEAM
 
 
Kevin Gregg - Underwriting Assistant
 
 
Kevin Gregg was born in Los Angeles, CA. He is the middle child of a family of 10. He has 1 brother and 8 sisters. His dad Charles was a truck driver for the County of Los Angeles and his mother Ruth was a teacher's aide. Both are now retired. Kevin enjoyed growing up in a large family.
 
Kevin attended Bi-Plex Vocational Institute for computer learning and data processing. He started working for AIG immediately after graduation. In 2001 Kevin replied to a job ad for Pacific Gateway and was hired in August.
 
Kevin enjoys golf, basketball, football and tennis. When he is not playing or watching sports he is spending time with his grandson De'Marco. Kevin's fiancee Mary is a contract administrator and their only child ShaRhonda is a student.
 
Kevin considers his time at PGIA as "a very enlightening experience with much left to learn"
