|
Greetings,
Welcome to Pacific Gateway's monthly newsletter. Our markets have recently expanded the classes of business we can write to include property and package (many of which have online pricing available). Our newsletters will introduce these new opportunities and highlight our carrier's proven auto and garage products.
To get more information on how we can work together to meet your insurance needs, please join our mailing list or contact one of our friendly staff by following our "Quick Links" section.
We may be in your area in the near future! Find out more in our "Upcoming Events" section. If there is anything else that I can help you with, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Amanda Johnson

MEET OUR TEAM
Leo Young - Underwriter
Leo Young spent the first years of his life in Kansas City, MO before moving to Walnut Creek, CA when he was 8 years old. Leo is the only child of Jerry and Jiun Young. Leo's father is a retired engineer and his mother is a teacher in Walnut Creek. As a child Leo enjoyed playing video games.
Leo attended college at the University of California - Los Angeles (UCLA) and obtained a BA in Psychology. It was there at UCLA, while volunteering, that he met Melody Chiong. After college Leo started his career with AAA working for their personal lines department and eventually transferred to their commercial agency. After working as an agent for AAA for several years, Leo wanted to try underwriting. In September of 2007 he began as an underwriter at Pacific Gateway Insurance.
Leo still enjoys playing video games as well as reading and playing poker. Leo's wife, Melody (yes the same Melody from college), is currently a graduate student at UC San Diego pursuing her Ph.D. in Sociology. The newlyweds tied the knot this spring in Los Angeles, CA. They don't have any children at this time but they enjoy spending time taking care of two young nephews. He is a valuable asset to the PGIA team. Leo says, "I enjoy working with the brokers." |
