Governor John Lynch appointed Joel C. Olbricht, Olbricht Storniolo Group, LLC to Chair the Commission on NH Business Tax. Four business people, three Senators and four Representatives have the task to study business taxes (BPT, BET, Insurance tax, and interest & Dividends tax). They are to recommend to the Legislature ideas on making taxes fair and equitable.
