Thank you to those who already jumped on the Joy Dropping bandwagon and sent in your joy droppings. We will do a lovely compilation book at the end of this year. Please keep them coming. We need 365 entries!

Thank you for spreading joy in your worlds, in your way. Every drop matters.

Start thinking now:

February 14 begins Random Act of Kindness Week. Pick a kindness and do it every day for a week. Big or small, anonymous or loudly.  Check out the website for random acts of kindness if you need inspiration.

I also challenge you to do a random act of kindness for yourself, every day, for a week. Maybe you buy yourself your favorite treat; watch that movie you've been longing to see; take a bubble bath; get a pedicure; take a nap; sign up for a class; compliment yourself; forgive someone; forgive yourself; let it go; take time to breathe....

Feel free to share your stories with me.

Words to Ponder:

What random act of kindness will I do today?

 What I like about ME
