Open new doors.

Last week's Happiness Club ("Joy Luck Club") and the retreat group were absolute delights. So much good energy! At the close of such meetings, I feel rejuvenated and energized. Thank you!

As I often remind people, I never expected to be the person in front of a group talking about anything, so never say never. The more doors I venture through, the more COOL STUFF I find. People and adventures and knowledge and loving kindness.

Don't be afraid to try a few new doors. I bet you a million bucks, there is no fire-breathing dragon awaiting you. (I have million dollar bills at the ready.) You will discover that stepping out may just be .... what's the word?...... FUN! :)

If you are curious about ANYTHING, give it a whirl. If you are hesitant to try Happiness Club, show up. There are always new folks every month. If you don't crack a smile at least once, I will give you a million dollar bill. If you laugh, I'll give you one too. 

What is tugging at you to try? What is holding you back? WHY not open that door? 

A show of hands please: How many of you are glad that I no longer work at the IRS? My hand is held high.

When you do something that lights you up, you can't help but radiate that light out to others. Some of us are candles, some are flashlights, some are funky glow sticks, some are lighthouses, some are twisty light bulbs, some are sparklers, some are lamps ..... You get my drift. We all light up in different ways, and we need all those ways.

I had no idea that opening one door would lead me to here. I love it. I can't wait to see what the next doors bring.
