January is on the way out. I love February. Why? Hearts!
I heart hearts. (My older son has commented more than once to me: "You are such a teenage girl." I take that as a compliment.)
February is a short month, which I guess is a good thing for those people who tire of hearts, hugs, and love. Well, no one tires of love. (All you need is love. Just ask Ewan McGregor in Moulin Rouge.)
I got in the habit of fresh flowers when living in France and I still buy myself a bouquet nearly every week. It makes me happy. This week, do one thing that makes you happy.
Words to ponder:
Keep a good heart. That's the most important thing in life. It's not how much money you make or what you can acquire. The art of it is to keep a good heart.

Four old mischievous Grandmas were sitting at a table in a nursing home.
An old Grandpa walked in.
One of the old Grandmas yelled, 'We bet we can tell exactly how old you are.'
The old man said, 'There ain't no way you can guess it, you old fools.'
One of the old Grandmas said, 'Sure we can! Just drop your pants & under shorts and we can tell your exact age.'
Embarrassed just a little, but anxious to prove they couldn't do it, he dropped his drawers.
The Grandmas asked him to turn around a couple of times and to jump up & down several times. Then they all piped up: 'You're 87 years old!'
Standing with his pants down around his ankles, the old gent asked, 'How in the world did you guess?'
Slapping their knees & grinning from ear to ear, all four old ladies yelled in unison--'We were at your birthday party yesterday!'
