As winter approaches, it is common for our skin to start talking to us with dry or itchy skin. According to mayoclinic.com, some of our everyday practices dry our skin out. So, what can you do to keep your skin moisturized?
- Apply moisturizers when your skin is still moist, this helps trap the moisture that is still on your skin. Simply pat dry then apply.
- Use washes and detergents that are free from sulfates and other harsh ingredients since many of these strip your skin of its natural oils and protectants.
