Greetings!

The month of April was certainly a busy one!

Another great workshop, planning for new products and services, and lots of fun time with friends and family. As a Life Coach and Strategist I continue striving to live my life to the fullest, focusing on what matters, as I encourage my clients to do.

Launch Your Life held its first follow-up workshop for those who attended the 20 Things List workshop in January or March of this year. What a GREAT time of focus, healing, inspiration and support. See the PHOTOS below!

This month, we continue with our Life Balance series. Last month we discussed being a first rate version of YOU rather than comparing yourself to someone else. This month, it's Tip #5: Take a Break. Ditch the guilt of "down time" and see how you can make this happen for you this month!

Breakthroughs and Inspiration Boards!
Our First "20 Things List" Follow-Up Workshop was a Success!

At the "20 Things List Follow-Up: Reconnect & Build Momentum", participants checked-in with us on their progress toward their goals for the year, identifying accomplishments and challenges. A major breakthrough came when we discovered and revealed the thoughts and self-beliefs that hold us back from being our brightest. We replaced these thoughts with positive ones and connected our goals and new self-beliefs by creating colorful Inspiration Boards.

Group Photo with Boards!

ATTENTION: If you were unable to attend the "Create Your 20 Things List" workshops, stay tuned for the electronic, "do-it-yourself" version of the Create Your 20 Things List workbook coming soon for purchase on the Launch Your Life website!

How to Create Life Balance, Tip #5:

Do you ever feel you need a break from your daily routine to give you a sense of balance again?

Follow these two steps to give you THE BREAK YOU NEED:

Enjoy life.
On a regular basis give yourself mini breaks/vacations that allow you to get recharged and re-energized. Do something you enjoy. Engage in activities that relax you. Give yourself a... Learn More

Get Real.
Acknowledge the equal importance of refueling, re-energizing, and regrouping along with performing, working and producing. How can we expect ourselves to thrive and be at our best if we are only focusing on productivity and achievement? We have so much more to give, we are better equipped to be our best selves and most effective when we...Learn More
