Special area of expertise?In my training, I believe my special area of expertise would be that I focus on exercises that mimic everyday movement, which is called functional training. Other areas of expertise that I implement into my clients' program are core and balance strength, as well as agility skills.
Favorite body part?
I love my calves!!! Every time I see the strength in my calves, I am reminded of when I was a competitive dancer. I also love how toned calves look in heels!!

What "style" would you say you have when it comes to personal training?
I have an athletic approach when it comes to my training. I like to use the format of circuit training with my clients because it keeps the heart rate up and you are able to perform many different exercises in a given amount of time.
What options do you offer for personal training services?
I have many options of my training services!
First, I am offering an opportunity for LYL readers to work out in a small group setting for ONLY $15.00 per session for a 60 minute long session. Small group work is done in a circuit training format, which incorporates core, strength, and cardio training. Call or email me for open spots on the schedule.
I also offer to train in a one on one format, where each clients program is specially designed according to their unique body, goals and desires. The individual program can either be done in a 55 or 30 minute long session. One-on-one sessions are specially priced at $55.00 for 55 minute sessions and $25.00 for 30 minute sessions.
How do you personally stay in shape and good health?
I work out vigorously for 1 hour a day, 5 days a week. I take 2 yoga classes a week in addition to my workouts.
My physical training is an important part of my life and health; however, I believe that the one true foundation for overall health is nutrition. I only eat an organic based diet, focusing on mainly fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. I also do seasonal body cleanses and detoxes for my overall health.
