Spirit has guided me to reach more people with the love and truth that we carry on after our physical body dies.
Using this newsletter I will channel those in Spirit who request it, and pass on their messages. Spirit will guide who comes in, and when.

Messages from a Medium
1. To P.T. from Dad - it will all work out just fine. Relax. Your dreams about it are correct. I am taking care of it all. I love you.
2. To H.J. from K.L. - I love you. I am so sorry I had to go so soon. I know you want to understand it, but you never will. I am always with you, and always will be. I am the one playing with the kitchen light, putting your favorite pen on the floor, and moving the pillows on the bed. All so you know I am with you, loving you more and more each day.
3. A young boy who was 4 when he crossed over, had been hit by a car. Has 3 sisters, 2 older, 1 younger. Loved dinosaurs and everything to do with them. Started speaking later than usual but once he started, he was never quiet. Beautiful blue eyes and blonde hair. His middle name was after his grandfather who had passed before him. Coming in for his parents - I am safe and happy! Please forgive yourselves. It was no ones fault. I am sorry for all the pain my crossing has caused. Grandpa is here with me and we are having so much fun! The rainbows, the happy face on the window, the coins, the hawks are all from me. Please take the family trip next summer. You all need it and the laughs it will provide. I am always with you, just quiet your mind and listen with your heart. You will hear me. I love you.
4. From Creator of All That Is for all who desire his message - so much love for each and every one of you beautiful souls. Much energy is continuing to shift each day. This is wonderful and will bring you all to the peace, love and joy you are looking for. At this moment there are a lot of old regrets coming up for many of you. They are coming up as they are removed from your energy field but many of you are plugging into them and attempting to "figure them out" or "understand them." Let this go. It won't make sense and when you attempt to make sense of them, you give your energy to them - thus making them real. Instead I would like to remove them for you, with your permission - "Can I remove all the resentments and grudges that you are holding towards __________________ and replace them with unconditional love, peace and healing?" If so just say Yes and take a deep breath, or 2 as I do this. You will know when it is complete. You can do it for every person and event that comes to mind. Once complete - "Can I teach you what it feels like to live without all of those resentments and grudges? That it is safe to? That you know who you are as someone who lives without them? And that you are worthy and deserving of it now?" If so just say yes and take another deep breath, or 2 as I do this. Once complete - "Can I fill you with unconditional love, joy, peace, abundance, happiness, inspiration and giggles?" If so just say yes and take another deep breath, or 2 as I do this. Now go and enjoy your day! Your energy is light and free!!! You can do this as often as you necessary so you can be as light and free as you choose to be!!!

Earlier in September I facilitated the ThetaHealing Basic workshop in Lloydminster. WOW! What an AMAZING weekend! I am so grateful to be connected to such awesome people who are stepping up to change their lives.
One of the coolest experiences was when one of the students went, at lunch time, to a home she has for sale to water the grass. She hadn't been there for about a week as they are enjoying their new home. As she walked in the door she felt an energy say "You are Home." It was a heavy feeling and she quickly responded with - NO, I am not!. She quickly did what she went to do and returned to class, understandably shaken and confused. I was the only one in the room when she returned and shared her experience. I asked if she would mind waiting until the group returned as the next item on our agenda was to clear negative energies. (imagine that!) I had her partner with the class assistant, Bonnie from Pure Healing, and together, using the ThetaHealing technique, they were able to clear it easily.
After class she took her husband, daughter in law and grand daughter who is 2 to the house. Her grand daughter had always been afraid of certain areas of the house. This time she happily went into each room! AND only 3 days after the clearing the house is SOLD! How cool is that????
If you feel you need your home, office, body, family - or anything cleared I offer Energy and Space Clearings to get rid of the heaviness and shift it into Love. :)
