Allow yourself to feel whatever needs to be felt, then release it all with love. You are amazing. We see your light, and how many peoples lives it touches. It will be so much more, soon, very, very soon. Continue following the guidance. All of us are right here, right now, supporting, loving, healing and expanding you. Much love, always.

2. To L.K. from Dad - I am here and so happy! It was a beautiful crossing. Thank you for holding my hand while I went. I was scared but only for a moment, then Mom and Granddad and my old dog were there, all taking me "home." Please let yourself grieve for you. You don't need to be strong for anyone - in fact it is stronger to grieve then to hide it. I am with you, helping you, let yourself cry. I love you all so much!

3. To R.P. from your border collie - thank you for putting me to sleep. I know how hard it was for you to make that decision but I was in so much pain. Thank you, thank you, thank you! It really is me that you are seeing out of the corner of your eye. I am running around all the time now. I can do that again and that makes me so happy. Thank you for loving me so much. I will be with you, always.

4. Archangel Metatron coming in for all who want his message - dear ones, I bring you love to support you on your journey's. All of those reading this are here to help shift this planet towards total consciousness. Some will be through small actions, some will be through big actions. Your role is not to "figure out" how to do it - it is just to DO IT! Every thought you think, every word you speak, every action you take has an impact on the world around you. It is time to expand your awareness into the truth of that. I know many of you have read that before, or have heard about it. I am here to ask you to start owning the reality of it.
What truly happens when you gossip about that co-worker you don't like? What truly happens when you get frustrated at the driver in front of you? What truly happens when you yell at your spouse/child/animal/boss? What truly happens when you see someone who has something that you want, and you feel jealous and angry at them? What truly happens when you judge another? You not only send them heavy, icky, painful energy but you also open your energy field up to the same. I tell you this not to shame you in any way. I tell you this to expand your consciousness. To have you understand that how you treat another is ultimately how you are treating yourself. To have you understand that even though they may just be thoughts or words spoken behind closed doors - they are the same as throwing a knife, rocks or holding a gun.
Time to "own your energy" my friends. I can help - just ask me to  help you raise your awareness of the impact your energy has on others. Ask me to help you stay empowered in your energy so no matter what others are throwing around energetically you stay clear. Ask me to help you see the truth in every situation, from the Divine perspective. This way you can see that the driver is racing to get to his loved one's bedside before they cross over. To see that your co-worker is having a very difficult time at home. To see that your child/spouse/animal/boss is doing the absolute best they can in that moment. To see that you too can have anything your heart desires. To see that when you judge another you are in the lowest energy possible, and to change it to love. Great love for you all!
