1.  To V.G. & B.D. from Dad - I love you all so much! Thank you for keeping my memory alive with my beautiful grandchildren. I am so proud of you both as mothers. You continue to amaze me!! I am so glad you know when I am with you. I laugh when you laugh. Have fun this summer, I will be there with you all.

2.  To M.E. from your brother - ha ha ha! I love making you laugh. I have so much fun!!! I am very happy with your decision. It will bring you the most happiness. Take lots of time to have fun at the lake this summer. You deserve it. Loving you all so much!!

3.  A young boy who crossed over in a strange motorized accident. He was under 5 years of age, blonde hair, very adventurous, lots of energy, brought a smile to anyone who was around him. He has 4 siblings, all older than him. Giving me the initial of "T." Coming in for his family - I am still with you all. I am happy and still having lots of fun. Grandma came and got me before my body felt any pain. Please stop blaming yourselves. You couldn't have changed it at all. Time to be happy again, like I am. You all need to make the changes. Too much sadness. Too much focusing on the past. Lighten up. Please! I want you all to feel the happiness I have in my heart. I will help you all, just ask.

4.  Archangel Raphael coming in for all who need his message today - many of you are experiencing health concerns - some minor, some frightening. My message to you is to relax. Your body can heal! You do need to assist it though - relaxing about the concern is step #1. Then ask your body - what steps can I take for you to be completely healthy? And sit in silence allowing your body to answer you. For so many it is simply a shift in diet. Move from processed foods that have a very low vibration to natural foods that can support your body. For others your body will ask for movement - like yoga, tai chi, walking in nature. For others it will ask for more water. For others it will ask for you to forgive yourself or someone else. For others it will ask you to move away from a job, or a relationship, or something that is not fulfilling for you. For some of you it may ask you to do more than one of these steps, or something completely different. Your body will answer, you just need to ask. Call on me to help you hear your body - and to help you take action on what it asks for. I am here, always loving, always guiding, always.
