1. To D.B. from your sister and Mom - we love you so much! We are always right beside you - guiding, helping and loving you. You are amazing. We are so proud of you and everything you do. You have no idea how many people's lives you touch. Open your heart - let yourself know the truth of what you do - how you heal, inspire and teach. Watch for the feathers, they are one of the many signs we are with you.

2. To T.P. from Grandpa - I love you! Your light is so bright! Your dreams are coming true - so much movement forward for you - and it is going to get bigger and bigger and better and better. You deserve all the goodness coming your way. Celebrate it! Share it! Stay present with it.

3. To K.K. from Dad - I am so happy to be here and no longer in pain. I know it is hard for you all to be without me, but you need to know I am happy and free and still with you all. You are right - you are "seeing" as the shadows, and hearing me walk down the hallway. And yes it is me playing with the clock in the living room. Thank you for continuing to talk to me. I love it and I hear you and I do talk back. Sometimes it comes as your own thoughts, sometimes you actually hear my voice. I am guiding you - each and every step. Please pass my love on to the others. Tell them to watch for the coins. And thank them for the garden. Loving you all.

4. Archangel Raphael coming in for all who need his message - Love to you all!! Such a beautiful body you have. I would love for you to know and live the truth of that statement. No matter all the things you judge as wrong with your body - it is PERFECT! You have spent so many years resisting your human-ness, trying to change your beautiful body and I ask you - is this helping you? I didn't think so. What about a new approach? Set the intention to love yourself and your body exactly as it is. This will lighten the energy around your self judgements and allow your body to be the perfectly whole and complete energy it truly is. As you have heard before - what you resist persists - and what you love, transforms easily into the most beautiful energy you can imagine. Use love instead of hate for yourself and your body - and the miracles will happen, in an instant. Sit quietly now and close your eyes, imagine/sense/feel me in front of you. I gently clear away all the heavy, negative energy you have been sending your body. Take 3 deeps breaths while this happens. Now watch as I fill you with unconditional love - feel it on every level as it comes into your energy system. Take 3 deep breaths as it fills you from head to toe - and beyond. Now any area of your body that you are especially hard on - spend a few minutes now sending love to that area. Apologize to it for being so hard on it. Become one with that area. Allow the love to fill it completely. If you have more than one area you can move onto the next, and the next, and the next. When you are done take 3 deep breaths. Now do something that honours your physical body today - exercise, massage, healthy food/drink, etc - whatever comes to mind is perfect for you. And anytime that you catch yourself sending anything other than love, just change it to love.
