1. To J.M. from your Guide - I come with great appreciation for all the fabulous work you have been doing for yourself and others. So much bigger than you know. As you continue to step into your light, your abilities are going to get much, much stronger. Embrace this, Love this. It is everything you have been asking for...and so much MORE. 2011 is just the beginning... dream bigger then you ever thought possible. It is all yours for the asking. You are exactly where you need to be. I love you.

2. A man who crossed in his 80s due to lung cancer. Was a heavy smoker, even until he crossed over. Was a farmer all his life and 2 of his son's are still farming the family land. Has 8 kids in total. His wife crossed about 10 years prior to him. Has 3 metals from the war that he is very proud of. First initial "J." Coming through for his daughters who helped him while he was so sick - thank you for everything you did. It meant the world to me. Mom met me the moment I crossed over. We are so happy. All the health problems are gone. I am so free, so happy. We are having alot of fun together. Everyone else is here too. Even the old dog. I am the one who has been flickering the lights and opening the closet doors. Please thank her for singing at the funeral. I loved it. Mom sends her love too. Please pass this on to the others. 3. To R.C. from Mom - I love you so much! Thank you for all you did for me. It meant the world to me. You are a wonderful daughter. I need you to know how happy I am and how much fun I am having with everyone here. I was with you on your trip. So much fun!! I bring you butterflies, coins and ringing (phones, chimes, etc). You also notice the movement I make with my energy. I love that we are so connected...and always will be.

4. Jesus coming in for all who want his message - I AM here for you. Always. No matter what. I AM here with love, and healing, and joy, and peace, and so much more. Whatever you need. I AM here. Just ask. Open your heart. I AM here. There is such old sadness emerging from many of you. You are carrying it from the past, the earth and from other people. Just let it pass through. Allow yourself to feel it and release it. Don't try to label it or to make sense of it. You won't. The vibration on the earth is moving from deep grief into Love. Be the channel for the grief and let it flow. Right now count to 3 with me and on the count of 3 take a deep breath and slowly exhale the deep grief. 1, 2, 3 - deep breath and exhale s-l-o-w-l-y. And again - 1, 2, 3 - deep breath and exhale s-l-o-w-l-y. And again - 1, 2, 3 - deep breath and exhale s-l-o-w-l-y. Do this as often as you need to. There is much love and light as a result of this huge release. I AM loving you all.
