1. To T.M. from Mom & Dad - you are so amazing. You have come so far - we all see it and celebrate it for you. We ask that you see it too! You are spending too much time looking at how far you think you have to go, instead of realizing how far you have some. Please stop this. Take time to just be, in the moment. Reflect with the happiness we feel for you and all you have done. Big and wonderful things coming for you in 2011. You deserve it all!! Loving you & always with you.

2. To R.M. from S.T. - I am sorry I had to go so soon. I know we didn't have as much time together as we had wanted...but I am still here. I will always be by your side, guiding and loving you. Every step of the way. I am so happy you moved. I know how hard it was but it was the best thing, it really was. There will be a day that you will understand this more. In 2011 I will be guiding you to some self healing classes. It is time for you to step into your light, and help yourself - and down the road - others. Don't let that scare you. I will help you every step of the way. I love you so, so, so much. Always will. It is me playing with your tv and coming as orbs in the pictures you are taking and opening your shower curtain. I need you to know how happy I am - as I am still with you. Always and forever.

3. An older man in his 70's who committed suicide due to a chemical imbalance in his brain - dementia maybe, or mental illness. A very kind man who worked hard all his life. Has 5 children from a mixed marriage. Coming in for his wife - I love you so much. I am sorry for the pain I caused, so, so, so sorry. I didn't know what I was doing. I am sorry. I am still with you, and I know you know this. It is OK to be angry with me. Let it out, let it all out. You won't hurt my feelings. I am sorry for the trouble my kids have caused you. I can see how much it hurts you. I am helping, I really am. I love you so much. Things will get easier in the next few months - I will make it happen. You will feel happiness again, I promise. When you think of me it is because I am hugging you - which is all day, every day.

4. The group of Ascended Masters - Great Brotherhood from the Light coming in for all who need them. We are here. We are Love. We bring great healing for you all. Just by reading this and allowing the energy to flow - it is healing you - on every level. Now. This is a great time for you on earth. Much change has completed, much yet to complete. All the change is shifting you all higher. The higher you come, the easier your life will be. This is what we want for you all. The time is coming. 2011 is still a time of change as you continue to shift higher - 2012 will be where the energy is the highest and create a place of great love, joy and happiness on earth. Not the scary or negative that some are predicting. No, this is going to be a great time indeed. You will all celebrate, for it is what you have been searching for. In the meantime your role is to continue to raise your awareness and consciousness - everyday. You can do this by doing things you love to do, spending time with those you love, helping others in ways that make your heart sing, creating from your heart all those dreams and desires that are there, loving yourself unconditionally.
