1. To S.S. from Dad - I am helping in the gardens. They look beautiful. You have done such a wonderful job. I love that you made that change at your place. They will grow much better that way. You did see me today, at your work. I have so much doing that for you. I am very proud of how you have shifted your energy since we last talked. You are doing better and better every day. Know how incredible that looks from this energy - like you get brighter and brighter. Well done!

2. A man who crossed suddenly in his 40's. This was an accident at work. Something to do with big machinery. No one's fault, just a really freak accident. There are some who are trying to put blame on others but he says there is no blame. Has 2 kids who live with their Mom. He was single when he crossed although he always had a very deep love for his ex, who he is coming in for - bringing in a pink rose for her, they are her favorite. Thank you for helping the kids with my crossing. I know it has been hard, especially for our son. He has started acting out a bit due to the grief. Please follow your thoughts and take him to professional counseling. It really will help, even though he won't be very happy about it, not for the first few visits anyway. But he'll get to where he feels better when he goes. Our daughter would do well to go also, even though she is doing better than he is with it. I loved what she wrote about me. Really touched my heart. And please forgive yourself. I know you have been thinking how you should have stayed with me for the kids, but you shouldn't have. I was difficult to be with and you were better off without me. I will always love you. Please ask for whatever help you need. I love to help.

3. A man who crossed in his late 60's due to health complications. He wasn't in the hospital but he was dealing with some health issues to do with his heart or lungs. Has 7 in his family. A really funny guy who loved to tell stories and drink beer. Loved hunting and fishing with his buddies. Had at least 2 trips a year with the same group of men. Coming through for his oldest son - thank you for helping Mom through this. I know it has been hard for everyone. I really am OK. I am still here with you all. Grandpa met me when I got here. The laughs we have!! We love to play with electricity - so when the lights flicker, its us! When the TV turns off - its us! We really have so much fun! I am so proud of you all. You have made the right decisions with the farm. I am helping with everything. Tell everyone I am happy and always around. Tell Mom it really is me that she see's walking in the yard. She tries to convince herself it is her eyes playing tricks on her - but it really is me. Love to you all.

4. A woman who crossed in her 40's due to cancer, possibly breast cancer. Has 2 daughters and a husband. June is an important month for her. Her whole family was with her when she crossed over. Her daughters wear a piece of jewelry as a sign of their love for her. She was very creative and loved to take pictures. The time at the cabin at the lake is also very important to her. Coming through for her daughters - I am so proud of you both. I love you so, so, so much. I know you already know it, but I just want to validate that I am always with you. I know Dad doesn't want to hear about this stuff. That's OK. Let him have the time he needs. I love the roses, but next time buy them for me, but keep them at your houses. You don't need to put them on the grave for me, cause I am only there when you are. We can enjoy them more just sitting on your counters where you can see them every day. I will even help them to stay alive longer than usual. Congratulations on the schools you have chosen. You will both do wonderfully. Keep talking to me, I love it when you do. I will always be here, always.
