2009 was truly a year of dreams coming true for me. From the purchase of my new Rav 4 to far surpassing business goals previously unreachable to spending a month in Mexico at a luxurious ocean front condo. There were more also, but these were the ones that had been on my list for years. I feel so incredibly grateful. At this moment I am writing this from the deck of the condo, watching the waves crash. Beautiful!

These are the steps I use create and live my dream.

#1. Being very clear of what your dream is and writing it down.

#2. Recognizing limiting beliefs in regards to you reaching your dream.

#3. Releasing these limiting beliefs and replacing them with beliefs that support you and your dream. (Many of the services I offer do this.)

#4. Raise your vibration to that of which you want. Think about, visualize and day dream about your dream as though it were happening, now.

#5. Take inspired action. This means that when your spiritual team gives you nudges/thoughts/inklings to go do something - DO IT!!

#6. Feel and express gratitude for everything.

We are here to enjoy our lives to the fullest. And this is my wish for you in 2010 - that you create and live your dream, with love, joy, happiness, abundance, peace, magic and many, many blessings.
