Firstly we would like to apologise for the minimal number of layouts featured in this edition. With the Designers all facing different sorts of issues, we have all been unable to fill the newsletter with its usual jam-packedness (is that a word? Well it is now!) We hope you enjoy the layouts are in the newsletter this week. They are all very inspiring. And by clicking on each layout it will take you to the gallery where you can see in more detail the process of creating these layouts.

The next one is in a couple of weeks time - actually the Friday 24th July! But for those who can't make it, don't despair - We are holding a CHRISTMAS IN JULY CYBER CROP in the FORUM! With lots of Christmas Challenges, Christmas Party Games, Egg nog, and Kissing under the Mistletoe! So why not keep that weekend free and join us for loads of fun and frivolity!

Advertising Inspiration
Inspiration for your layouts can come from all facets. Using advertising in print or on television is one way to make good use of these annoying adverts - by using their design, the colour combinations or even just the title as the title of your layout. This edition the Designers show you how they used this simple advert out of a car magazine as inspiration for their layouts.
The other stipulation in their journalling was that there was to be a mixed font.

Michelle used the Design as her inspiration to scrap more holiday photos from Qld. She uses Tim Holtz Grungeboard for her title, along with ADORNit Alphabet Stickers, buttons from the July Kit.
MASTERCHEF - created by Deb
Here Deb uses the design as the basis for her layout, you can also see that she has used the title of a current TV program as the title of her layout. Deb uses Basic Grey's Piper Alphabets, KAISERscrapbook Esther's Guestlist Papers, KAISERcraft Pearls, Prima Artful Blossoms.

| Designer's Tip
Do you purchase the multipacks of Smiths potato chips in the boxes? These boxes are the perfect size to fit on your scrap shelf to store tools in. I have collected mine (and plan to decorate them) and use them in my cube shelf. One stores all my punches, another my little bags of opened embellishments.

USE YOUR STASH - Crate Paper & Scraplets!
This newsletter feature was for the Designer's to use up some of that Crate Paper stash that we all keep for good. You know those papers you buy that you think are just too good for that normal everyday layout. "Well if you don't use them now - when will you ever use them" is the new Motto for the Designers!
