What do you get?
Brrr......
Hi

Welcome to the latest edition of Country Papercraft's Designer Newsletter.

Winter is here - some of us are still waiting for rain! Although there were showers over here in the west this week, things are still looking grim, for our farmers.

The end of the financial year is here, time to be filling in all those tax returns with the promise of a tax return bonus.  Tax time here is counting and stock taking - But with the new computer system this will become a thing of the past.  The new building is still progressing with a verandah appearing now - just a roof to go, then the insides can be fitted out.  Still all on track for completion in October - so when we get home from the October camp everything can be unpacked into the new store and the big opening will happen!  Stay tuned to the blog for more photos soon.

Fortunately scrapping is a great release, so in troubled times scrapping is a great therapy session.
Our designers have been busily playing with July's bright fun Designer Kit, featuring some new Dreamstreet Papers.  You have to admit, seeing the kits full of new papers each month has to be a bonus, and a reason to scrap!

Unfortunately the issues with the online shop still continue, but the problem has been found now and the shop should be back on line in the next few days.  You are still able to order from the shop, as it is still functional, just unable to have any new products loaded into it.  As promised when the shop is working properly we will send out another email with an update of all the new products.

Stay safe 'n' happy scrapping

Due to technical issues, we are unable to show you the new products.  As promised as soon as the online shop is fixed, a new email with all the products will be sent out.  We apologise for any inconvenience!

Taking care of your punches.

Have your punches gone blunt and not cutting properly? Simply fold a sheet of aluminimum foil in quarters and punch through a few times.

Are your punches sticking? Just punch through a sheet of waxed paper a few times.
Christmas in July

Well, July is that proclaimed second silly season of the year.  Where we don't seem to have enough of Christmas in December, we do it all over again in July.

I suppose it is a gentle reminder to all us scrappers to make sure our Christmas photos from the previous years are all scrapped and in albums to make way for the real silly season.

This month we challenged the Designers to pull out their christmas photos.

Brrrrr.....Winter Warmers

I don't know about you, but winter certainly has set in around here.  The fire is going all day, the rain has started falling, my car constantly needs washing to get rid of the mud, and washing takes forever to dry.  But I shouldn't complain - winter is an excellent time to stay tucked up inside and scrap.

This edition the Designers wanted to create layouts on winter warmth - what winter means to them. The challenge was to use a black background, paint and glitter on the layouts.

WE LOVE WINTER - created by Lynlee

WARM & COSY - created by Deb

BONFIRE - created by Julie

So what does winter mean to you.  Share with us your layouts in the gallery.
