| ATC - A - Day |
|
Artist Trading Cards are miniature works of art that trade from hand to hand, according to Wikipedia. During our Big Birthday Bash Celebrations we are making an ATC every day. Each day a new theme will be announced and you are to create a card using that theme. We are only creating individual cards - not swapping as per usual traditions. So if you would like to have a try at creating an ATC without the pressure of swapping them check out the ATC thread in the FORUM |

Blind Scrapping
"What is Blind Scrapping?" you may well ask.
Come along and join in the fun in the FORUM on Friday Night (time to be confirmed in the forum) and find out. You will need to have a space near your computer to scrap. As well as all the supplies and tools listed HERE. A glass of wine or something similar is also a bonus.
Then be prepared to create a layout going totally blind - no we are not asking you to shut your eyes, or wear a blindfold. You will create a layout just by reading the text on the screen and interpretating it how you see it. Once your layout is finished then load it into the gallery and compare it to all the other layouts created.
It will be a whole mess of fun and laughter. So don't miss it!

Scrapping at the Rock Run Down
Scrapping at the Rock was held March 14 - 16, 2008. From all accounts it was very successful.
The Gallery was graced with many gorgeous and inspiring layouts which were created over the weekend.
The classes held we hugely successful with the ladies all completing cards, layouts and off the page products they can all be very proud of.
Packing up the whole shop and moving it into town, as you can well imagine can be pretty stressful, so congratulations to Marg for making camp such a fun experience.
To the merry band of helpers, Marg extends the biggest hug and thank you for helping to make camp the success it was.
To all the ladies who attended, we hope you enjoyed camp, and look forward to seeing you all back at future Scrapping at the Rock Camps! |

Greetings!
Welcome to the second edition of the new styled newsletter. From all reports our readers were impressed with the new format and style. It certainly is a lot easier for us the editors to create.
April 1st, sees not only the day of fun and jokes as pranksters all over the globe begin April Fool's Day Jokes. But for us, here at Country Papercraft marks a year of the online forum & gallery. The April Kit release brings about 12 months of fantastic Designer Kits, filled to the brim with new paper ranges, and embellishments. We enjoy sourcing out new ranges to bring to include in the kit.

A sad farewell to one of our Designers
It is with great sadness that we farewell from the Design Team - Sharon.
Sharon has left the Design Team to follow her dream. She is venturing off into her own business, designing floral arrangements.
Sharon's stylish layouts will be sadly missed by us all, but she promises that we will still be seeing her stunning work gracing the gallery.
We all wish you the best for the future Sharon and good luck for you future business venture.
