VALMONT PARK CLEAN UP DAY
|

 Valmont Bike Park Clean Up DaySaturday May 9th, 2-6 p.m.As they are getting closer to construction for the Valmont Bike Park, they need your help to begin site preparation. Volunteers will be meeting at the site at 2pm, Saturday May 9th, to get the ball rolling. The event is limited to 60 volunteers, so sign up early.

ROAD TO VICTORY RIDE

Coming up quickly is the Road to Victory Charity ride organized by one
of own club members, Marcus Berggren. We will have a team riding and the club
will be working one of the aid stations, so join us on May 31 and ride
with the Boulder Cycling Club Team to support the Davis Phinney
Foundation's Parkinson's Research Fund!

BICYCLE VILLAGE BIKE SWAP
|

The annual Bicycle Village Bike Swap at the Boulder store is coming up next weekend on May 16. You simply drop off your bike and sign a simple Consignment Form
and pay $15.00 fee for a bike safety inspection. You can receive 100%
of the sales price of your bike to be applied toward the purchase of a
new bike at any Bicycle village or you can receive 80% of the sales
price of your used bike in the form of a check from Bicycle Village. Click here for more |

Marie Wilson, another one of our members, is also diligently working
on putting together her ride the Blue River Century to support the
Lance Armstrong Livestrong Foundation. Located in Summit County, it is a
beautiful setting to ride in and the club has organized a team for that ride also.

at various events through out the month. We could use volunteers
(especially on Bike to Work Day) to help as "Bike Ambassadors". Please
