Pre Season Kick Off Party Huge Success!The Boulder Cycling Club's third annual
Pre Season Kick Off Party was a huge success with
175 like-minded recreational cyclists coming out to enjoy the free food, beer and wine and lots of great prizes we raffled off throughout the evening. The winner of the
Trek Cruiser Bike generously donated by Bicycle Village was
Club Member Nancy Di Appolti. Congratulations to Nancy and all the winners of the raffle prizes we gave out throughout the evening. We want to thank all the representatives from all the cycling oriented organizations that came out.
The club looks forward to sponsoring and promoting the cycling advocacy groups and charity bike rides through out 2009. We had sign up sheets for the
numerous rides we will be rolling out in the next month as the light of day grows longer and weather permits.
We will soon be posting
all of these rides on the Calendar and Rides pages on the website. Please come out and join us for a ride and find out how much fun and safer it is to ride in a group setting. We want to t
hank all of those that joined the club for the first time and also all the renewing members from last year!

Thanks again for everyone that came out to the party. There was very positive energy and a lot of camaraderie that has grown over the years as members get to know and ride with each other. Personally it was great to see so many familiar faces and to get a chance to visit with so many of you.
