Happy Fall Folks!
The light is receding fast and to compensate the
weekday rides will be meeting at 5:00 pm.
We have three rides this week: Tonight at Boulder Beer, Thursday's
Jamestown Ride from Amante North, and our usual Saturday excursion from Bicycle Village. Scroll down for
details.
I also want to put the word out for volunteers for Assisted Cycling Tours Fall Bicycling Festival on October 18th. They need volunteers for a
variety of functions including bike riding (in short, 1/3 mile loops).
Assisted Cycling is a non-profit that offers bicycle trips for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities and their families. This event is
great opportunity to pass on your excitement about cycling to others.
Call Bob at (303) 945-6205 to get involved.
The Boulder Mountainbike Alliance is also looking for volunteers for the Last Trail Work Event of 2008 on October 4th! Join the City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks Department and
Boulder Mountainbike Alliance to build a new section of Springbrook
Trail - good work in a spectacular setting!
