Hi Everybody,
Summer is in full swing the Tour is heating up ---way to go to Boulder's own home town team and esp. Christian Vandevelde!!!
A breakdown for what's on tap in the coming week:
Tonight - Tuesday July 15!
Tuesday Road Bike Ride Ride Leader Patrick. An Intermediate social road bike ride out of Boulder Brewery meeting at
5:30 PM. Average pace is 15-18 mph--may be a little faster depending on
group. Approximate distance is 25-30 miles primarily on low traffic
streets. Will return to Boulder Brewery by 8:00 M. After the ride enjoy
something to eat and/or drink. This is a no drop ride, meaning we will
wait up for you. Please make sure your bike is in good mechanical
condition (including properly inflated tires). Remember to brink your
helmet, spare tube, and water bottle. This is a great ride if you are
relatively new to road biking or just want to get a little exercise and
socialize after a long day.
Tuesday Trail
Ride Ride Leader Donald.
Easy level Hybrid and Mtn bike oriented ride. Meet at Boulder Brewery at 5:30 PM leave at 5:40 PM. We will cruise west on the
Boulder Creek Bike path up to Canyon Road. For "extra credit" those in
the group that want to challenge themselves will continue up Four Mile
Canyon to Poorman and then down Sunshine Canyon then back to Boulder
Creek Trail and back to the Brewery. The rest of the group will turn
around and cruise back to Boulder Brewery. Average speed 6 to 8 mph
distance 10 to 15 miles. Meet up afterwards to have a beverage and food
on the patio at the Boulder Brewery.

Thursday Night "Margarita Ride" Ride Leader Donald. Meet at
Serrano's Restaurant in Gunbarrel at 5:30 leave at 5:40. Easy level Mtn
and Hybrid bike ride around the "Res" and north through dirt roads and
gravel trails. Average. 8 to 10 mph 12 to 15 miles. Meet back at
Serrano's to enjoy Margarita's and food on the outdoor patio.
Friday Night Ladies Night Ride Leader Michelle. This is an fairly technical, intermediate
ride with mostly singletrack and rocky terrain.
These are no drop rides - no girls get left
behind! Meet at 6 PM at Rabbit Mountain Open Space is located on North 53rd Street,
about 15 miles north of Boulder off of Highway 66 approximately two
miles east of Lyons. This is a safe, supportive and non competitive group of varying

Morning Ride Meet at Bicycle Villageat 9:15 am and leave at 9:30 am.
This is a road bike ride led by our friends at Bicycle Village. Average 25 to 40
miles 15 mph. Stop midway for a ice cream or coffee break. app. A 2 hour plus ride.
