Issue: #17    July/2008
This Week's News!

Summer is in full swing, and there's no better place to be than in the heartland of cycling, the metropolis of spandex and spokes, our own velodrome of velocity; Boulder, Colorado. After you've watched our own Chipotle/Slipstream/Garmin Team crank up the alps of the Tour de France,  it's time for your own ride and
this week we have some great ones:

Tonight is our world famous Margarita Ride: Take a spin around the Rez, Niwot and Gun Barrel ending at Serranos Mexican Restaurant for their wonderful margs which is a great way to end this hot day. (Special happy hour discounts extended to BCC members!) This is a Hybrid/Mtn/Cruiser and easy paced ride of some road, but mostly trails with the average distance of 10 to 15 miles.

Also tonight,  Michelle is leading a
Jamestown Road Bike Ride
from Amantes,  in North Boulder  This is an intermediate ride. Meet at 5:30 and leave 5:40. I swear it's cooler in the mountains folks, and there's only one way to find out: RIDE!

See below for the rest of the week's rides.

Good Riding!
