The Wayman Watch

Serving the Wayman Nation !
Wayman AME Church, 5010 Cabanne, St. Louis, MO 63130 March 2008
Dr. Tyler1 Dear Wayman Nation Family,

The holy season culminates this week with Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday and Resurrection Sunday.  During this week, we remember the last supper of Jesus and His disciples, the suffering and death of Jesus on the cross, and, more importantly, the resurrection on the third day when He got up from the tomb.  Glory be to God!

This Easter, we celebrate these facts:  only One stepped from the tomb.  Only One has risen from the dead. Only One has conquered death.  Only One offers the promise of eternal life to those who follow Him.  Jesus said, "I am the resurrection and the life,"  Jesus said.  "He who believes in me will live, even though he dies, and whoever lives and believes in me will never die."  MORE
