Greetings!

We have been asked by one of our clients to host a direct marketing roundtable at this year's AAO Annual Session.

Thus, we are inviting all GetOrthoCases clients attending the Annual Session in Washington D.C. on Sunday, May 2nd thru Tuesday, May 4th to attend this direct marketing roundtable. Please note, this meeting is only for GetOrthoCases clients. This is not a marketing tool for our company, rather it's an opportunity for our clients to discuss their direct marketing campaigns w/ other successful practices from around the country.

I will serve as the moderator. Goals of the meeting are for each practice to share marketing themes, promotions, offers, and target household demographics that have worked particularly well for your practice.

Other topics of discussion can include response tracking, return on investment, and the difference between "Appointment-Ready" and "Investigating" prospective patients. THIS WILL BE YOUR MEETING...if you have another topic you would like to discuss, let me know and I'll make sure it gets covered.

While finding a mutually agreeable time to conduct an annual session meeting can be a bit like herding cats, let's see what we can come up with.

                  1221 22nd St. NW - 2 miles from Convention Center.

Option 3: Monday, May 3rd - Lunch Meeting at 12:00
                  in GetOrthoCases booth #644/646.
