On The Job will also find out more about job and educational opportunities in the field of drafting and design with the Engineering Graphics Technology program at Drake State Technical College in Huntsville.

AIDT is now accepting applications for:
Welding Classes beginning January 4, 2010. Classes will be held at the Brookley Complex and the Bryant Technical School in Irvington. (There are day and night classes at both locations.)
Application deadline is November 24, 2009
All applicants should apply IN PERSON at: Maritime Welding Training Center 1890 Third Street Mobile, AL 36615 (I-10 Exit 23, Brookley Complex, Corner of Michigan and Broad)

AIDT EX+RA This service assists businesses that do not traditionally qualify for AIDT services and provides development of employee recruitment, trainer services, creation of training manuals, multimedia instructor guides and company training videos. Leadership Development This service provides training for team leaders and supervisors to develop quality leaders, improve retention and create employee loyalty and dedication. Maintenance Assessment This service is designed to help employers determine who to hire, promote and train for maintenance service through written and performance assessments. Process Improvement Assessment This service provides an independent third-party review of business processes related to lean manufacturing. Safety Assessment This service provides information and resources needed to meet U.S. OSHA requirements.
