expand current employee skills through AIDT Extra.
AIDT assists new and expanding industries fill jobs
in Alabama through recruitment of job seekers, pre-employment training
of qualified trainees and on-the-job training of new employees.

Manuals
and instructor guides provide a range of skill-building topics, such as
basic math, safety, precision measurement, quality control, team
building, and other topics requested by each company. Manuals also
include company-specific information such as production process
details, standard operating instructions, or step-by-step machine
operation instructions. Training materials provide information trainees
and employees need for comprehension and performance.
AIDT Extra
and other services are designed to help Alabama businesses and employees succeed and
grow. Additional workforce development services are also available with
Alabama community and technical colleges and Alabama Technology Network.
