Pharmacy study at Auburn University began in 1885 when students could take preparatory courses in alkaloids, assaying, and some toxicology. Today, pharmacy is being redefined to meet today's healthcare needs, and coordinate patient care, ethics, and knowledge.

Sejong Alabama LLC, Tier-One automotive supplier of exhaust system components to Hyundai, seeks production and maintenance personnel at the plant near Fort Deposit in Lowndes County. Applicants must be capable of performing automatic and welding operations and must have a high school diploma or GED.
Preferred applicants have:
- One year of manufacturing experience
- Welding experience
Maintenance Technicians will be paid $15 to $18 per hour and must be prepared to:
- Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic, plc, welding and tooling adjustment issues on plant equipment and production equipment.
- Monitor and adjust welding conditions and parameters for welding operations.
- Monitor and adjust tooling conditions and alignments for equipment.
- Control safety devices and keeping them operational.
- Work on preventive maintenance work orders and standard work orders as assigned.
- Work on assigned projects within the Engineering and Maintenance departments.
- Fulfill any continuous improvement projects, 5-Star projects, 3C5S projects and environmental projects.
- Repair plant (facility) equipment: forklifts, dock doors, office items, lighting, HVAC systems, exhaust systems, etc.
- Perform any activity a member of management requests you to perform.
Production Supervisors may negotiate salaries and must be prepared to:
- Manage operations of an assigned press department area to ensure volume, cost and quality standards are achieved.
- Ensure physical and workforce resources are adequate to meet the organization production schedule.
- Manage activities of production personnel including workflow, assembly methods and work force utilization.
- Possibly be required to have at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Be familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices and procedures.
- Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Perform a variety of tasks.
- Lead and direct the work of others.
- Display a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
- Typically report to a Press Manager.
