The "Halloween Howl" is a blast!

My dog Louie LOVES the "Bobbing for Weenies" booth, and the Costumed Pet Parade is a hoot (or maybe we should say a howl!).  Saturday, Oct. 31, 1-5pm at The Garden Shop, 3636 Mayberry Drive, Reno.  Live music from the Ragged Rogues and others.  This event is a fundraiser for The Shakespeare Animal Fund, a charitable organization that helps families and pets in need.

Special thanks to all of you who have shared your kind words, advice, encouragement and prayers during the many months of my Mom's recent illness. Mom went to join Dad on Sunday, October 25, 2009.
Mom and Dad dedicated their lives to music and art and passed these passions on to us kids.  They are both greatly missed by my siblings and me and the many students whom they touched throughout their long lives of giving, teaching and loving.
